I’m an award-winning journalist doing what I love: discovering and sharing stories.

I can tell a story through a written piece, audio, slideshow, video — whatever. I just want to produce journalism somehow, somewhere.

This website features a selection of the work I’ve done in the last few years. I currently work as a crime reporter at the Times Free Press in Chattanooga, Tenn., and I’ve had some great opportunities to practice journalism, including an all-expense paid trip with the Scripps Howard Foundation to Japan and a 17-day road trip where I discovered how to be a backpack journalist.
